Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. (stylized as 21st Century Fox) and initialized as 21CF, was an American multinational mass media corporation that is based in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It is one of two companies formed from the 2013 spin-off of the publishing assets of News Corporation, as founded by Rupert Murdoch in 1980.

21st Century Fox included assets from Fox Entertainment Group, Fox Networks Group, and many other assets. They also included assets that are miscellaneous. Since the acquisition, 21st Century Fox became Fox Corporation, which includes the America-only broadcasting assets. With Disney having rest of 21CF, Scopley having FoxNext, Banijay having Endemol Shine, Comcast getting Sky, ViacomCBS getting (Fox) Telecolombia, etc.
