The following is a list of 20th Century Studios DVDs with sequences before the main menu forms.
List of Opening Sequences on DVD[]
Animated Films[]
- Anastasia (1997) - there are two versions.
- 1999 DVD - Anya holds up Pooka while in a snowy forest with the film's logo below them and the options are on the directional sign.
- 2006 DVD Disc 1 - A map of Europe is shown tracing Anya's journey from St. Petersburg to Paris while scenes from the film itself are shown with the options below.
- 2006 DVD Disc 2 - The camera zooms in on a CGI shot of the palace and when the camera is inside the palace, three direction buttons are shown, left, up and right, and also a message, which includes special features.
- Ice Age (2002) - There are two sequences.
- Disc 1 - Sid, Manny, Diego, and Roshan slide down the ice tubes. Sid and Diego crash into a snow wall first and the options surround their mark.
- Disc 2 -
- Robots (2005) - Rodney is catapulted across the city, then the sentient menu appears. He is asleep until Wonderbot awakens him.
- Ice Age: The Meltdown (2006) - The iceberg flips over and the main menu appears on it.
- The Simpsons Movie (2007) - The title screen appears, but when Professor Frink sings "on the big screen" in the original film, "small" is used instead, singing "Movie on the small screen!". We then zoom in to Homer sleeping atop the menu options, surrounded by spotlights at first.
- Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who! (2008) - The narrator says "On the 15th of May, in the jungle of Nool. In the heat of the day, in the cool of the pool.", then the options appear.
- Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (2009) - The dinosaur who’s mouth the camera is inside makes some loud footsteps then roars at the sky.
- Rio (2011) - The birds sing, then the options appear.
Live-action Films[]
- Jingle All the Way (1996) - The title shows on the screen, then the store opens and a large crowd of people enter. The film's main character is shoved into a pile of Turbomans and one of them flies onto a shelf. The menu options appear by sparkles.
- Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties (2006) - Garfield slides into the middle screen and smiles, then the suitcases land in front of him.
