Fender Pinwheeler (neé "Bumper Pinwheeler") is the deuteragonist of Robots. He is Piper Pinwheeler's older brother and the best friend of Rodney Copperbottom.

He is voiced by the late Robin Williams who also voiced the Genie from Aladdin, Napoleon Cross from Everyone's Hero, Ramon and Lovelace from Happy Feet and portrayed Theodore Roosevelt in the Night at the Museum trilogy.
