Linnie McCallister is a supporting character of Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. Linnie is portrayed by Angela Goethals in Home Alone and Maureen Elisabeth Shay in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. Linnie is the younger sister of Buzz and Megan, the older sister of and Jeff, and the middle child of Peter McCallister.

Home Alone[]
Linnie appears as a supporting character of the movie. While getting ready to go on her family's Christmas vacation to Paris, France, she tells her younger brother, Jeff, that she hopes that he doesn't pack any junk. She then turns to her youngest brother, Kevin, and says that he knows their mom will pack his suitcase anyway, before adding that he is what the French called "les incompeténts" also informs him that he had to sleep on the hide-a-bed with their paternal youngest cousin, Fuller, and that if he has anything to drink, he would wet the bed.
Linnie later eats pizza, and gets mad along with the rest of the family when Kevin accidentally gets into a fight with Buzz over it.
The next day, she, along with the rest of the family, rushes to the airport after they oversleep and almost miss their flight, making it just in time. During the flight, they realize that they left Kevin home alone and rushes to the telephones, trying to call for help. Linnie, her sister and brothers try to call all of their friends, to no avail.
Linnie then goes to her paternal Uncle Rob's apartment with the rest of the family while her mom stays at the airport, trying to get a flight back home.
Along with her dad, sister and brothers, Linnie manages to get a flight home, arriving on Christmas Day. When they arrive home, she advises Buzz and Megan to stop fighting. She is also glad to see that Kevin is all right, and is simultaneously surprised and happy to hear that he goes shopping the previous day to get groceries the family needed, such as milk.
Home Alone 2: Lost in New York[]
Linnie appears as a supporting character of the movie. The next year, Linnie packs for her family's trip to Miami, Florida and sits down at a family meeting after Kevin and Buzz get into a fight during a Christmas pageant.
Running late for their flight again, she rushes to the airport with the rest of the family. Upon arrival, she helps pass out luggage at the Miami airport, but they find out from their paternal youngest cousin Fuller that Kevin was missing once again.
When the family went to the Villa de Dolphiné, she looks at it in disgust.
She later watches a Spanish dub of It's a Wonderful Life in the family's hotel room and then rushes to New York City, New York with the rest of the family when they lear that Kevin is there.
On Christmas morning, she opened presents from a truckload Kevin had earned from Mr. E.F. Duncan.
