Patty is a minor antagonist in this film. She was the snooty friend of Cecilia. She is also friends with Beth, and Marjorie. She abandoned Cecilia when Cecilia went "crazy" and claimed that their rival was a mermaid.

Patty is a snooty person and she clings to her friend Cecilia, who is much worse. She turns on her own friends; this is shown when she laughs mockingly at Cecilia towards the end of the movie because of her claim that Aqua is a mermaid.

Patty has a lean figure. She has pale skin, blue/greenish eyes and wavy, blonde hair. She also dressed in pretty stylish clothes.
