Raymond is a human that Aquamarine falls in love with. He is portrayed by Jake McDorman. His dad wants him to start college, but he wants to take a year off to travel. He took a liking to Aquamarine. Raymond is around 17 or 18 years old.

Raymond is the boy everybody wants. He is both handsome and an easygoing guy to be with. He is kind and caring, especially towards his new girlfriend, Aquamarine. Also, being a lifeguard may mean that he wanted to help people in times of trouble. Raymond is also generous, gentle, modest and responsible. He loves his job as a lifeguard, he does not hesitate to help someone, he is also very noble and gentle since he defended Claire when Cecilia made fun of her fear of swimming. He has a lot of affection for Haley and Claire, he also loves Aquamarine, his girlfriend, when he found out she was a mermaid he didn't get angry or scared, on the contrary, he went to help her.
