Robot City is the central setting for the film Robots.

It is the city the protagonist Rodney travels to in the hopes of making it big as an inventor. The city is controlled by Bigweld Industries. This is also where Rodney first meets the characters Fender, Piper, Diesel, Crank, Aunt Fanny, Lug, Ratchet, Loretta, Cappy, Madame and Monsoir Gasket.

Common modes of transport in the city include traversing by foot / rollerblading, vehicles, flying trains, and the popular Cross-Town express.

The city's garbage collection and recycling service is run by the evil Chop Shop plant, who uses Sweeper robots to patrol the city collecting scrap metal off the floors and sweeping up outmoded robots to be melted down.
